These terms are the agreement between you and [BUSINESS NAME] (“Wikain”, “we”, “us”) for using the Wikain website and videos. By creating an account or using Wikain, you agree to them.
You need an account to watch videos. Please give a real email address, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You must be at least 13 to use Wikain, and if you are under 18 you need permission from a parent or guardian. One account is for one person.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may not include taxes that apply where you live. If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
Premium is a subscription paid through [PAYMENT PROVIDER]. It renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us, through [PAYMENT PROVIDER], to charge the plan price on each renewal date. If a payment fails, Premium access may be paused until the payment goes through.
You can cancel at any time from your [PAYMENT PROVIDER] account or by contacting us. When you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Your free account and progress stay in place.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: if you are not happy, ask within 14 days of your first Premium payment for a full refund.
Wikain videos, transcripts and other materials belong to us or the people we work with, and are protected by copyright. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to watch them for your own learning while your account is active. You agree not to:
We work hard to keep Wikain available and to keep adding new videos, but we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove videos and features over time. Wikain is a learning resource: everyone learns at their own pace, and we do not guarantee any particular level of fluency or results.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing logins or copying videos. If we close a paid account without a good reason, we will refund the unused part of your subscription.
To the extent the law allows, Wikain is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using Wikain after that, you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, you can cancel.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you live in another country, you may also have rights under the consumer laws of that country.
